How you doing. Coach Michael, founder and owner here at Gymnazo here to talk to you about this amazing tool we have called the foot actually have two of them. This foot is a very important piece of our daily living. So important that we’ve given it 26 bones and 44 muscles. And its ability to absorb energy as we step on the ground and to deliver energy as we push off the ground is very important. We tend to forget about it from time to time because it’s so far away from us. But as we go through our day to day lives, this foot can get injured quite a lot. The ankle sprains broken foot stubbed toes, slight rolls, they all start to add up. And as this foot has so many different structures in it, they can start to get a little bit bound up a little bit gunky. And if this foot doesn’t move very well from the forefoot, or this foot doesn’t move very well from the rear foot and doesn’t have that ability to pronate to supinate very well it causes problems up the chain. So we have this process or this treatment called FMR or functional manual reaction. We’re doin a hands on technique to allow the foot to authentically functionally regain its gift of movement. To ungunk, the joints to allow the rear foot to allow its multiple or triplane motion to allow the forefoot to allow that same triplane motion so the foot can absorb energy and apply energy to the ground whether you’d be playing any sport or just walking your dog. This understanding is powerful because it allows us to assess find the complexities the success fullness and the challenges and apply this technique to build you a program that ultimately brings you the movement and the freedom of movement that you want.
