Hey guys, my name is Coach CJ and today we’re gonna talk about one of the most effective and efficient movement screening processes out there today. It’s called 3d maps. 3d maps stands for three dimensional movement analysis and performance systems. And it takes you through six different motions forward, back, side, side, rotate, and rotate, to look at 66 of the vital motions that we go through and every single day. Those motions happen at the foot, the ankle, the knee, the hip, and all the way through the spine. From looking at these motions, we can identify different limitations in different areas of the body that can potentially lead to pain or injury in the future, if not treated.
