Is it too late for me to fix my pelvic cord dysfunction? It’s a really common question we get here at Gymnazo. And the answer is no, it’s not too late to fix your dysfunction. Women go through so many life changes. And so many things change in our bodies as we age, whether it’s puberty, or childbirth, or menopause, everything is constantly changing. So it’s never too late to start training, just like it’s never too late to start working out. Again, it’s just a different part of your body, that you’re training. Everybody heals differently. Everybody’s dysfunction is caused from something differently, whether it’s having kids, whether it’s weight gain, maybe it’s surgery or injuries. Everything is different for every individual woman. So we always have an individual plan for every individual woman, and how to treat your different forms of dysfunction. Symptoms are common, but they are not normal. And the good news is we can fix all of it. So regardless of what stage of life you’re at, or however long ago you had kids, we have a place for you Gymnazo we have a class for you with our FCC class.
