Behind me is this thing called the true stretch. We’ve got quite a few of them here, actually 16 of them. And who always ask why, what is this thing? What’s it there for, facilities all over the country like, I don’t know what that thing is all about and looks really weird kind of torture cage, in reality, come on over. It’s really a phenomenal environment to allow stretching to happen much more effortlessly, and was whole lot of support. So you get ranges of motion through your joints, and many different ways that just not possible on the ground or just not with the quality. For example, let’s take your foot, kicking on backs, put a knee down, just do a nice, good old fashioned quad stretch. Here you are, you can have stability and all over the place, you can set your hands in a position that now not only gets the quad, but gets the hip and then the trunk that’s attached to it. Oh, by the way, it gets all the underarm and all the muscle connections to the top and I can derive a position a pattern of movement. And not only a much easier way, we can now easily drive it through the three planes of motion that a body can move through. And not only do you have a phenomenal stretch, you have an environment that says you know what, no problem come right out of that. Try to do that exact same stretch. Without this. It’s gonna be a lot harder. Check out a TruStretch for everybody in the facility. Or follow us for more information about how these cages can really help you out with your flexibility.
