Hi everybody, welcome back to our video series in Gymnazo. Today we’re gonna talk specifically about soft tissue rehabilitation and what that means. In the gym setting. We talked about AFS a lot, we talked about global movement and local movement on spectrum. And soft tissue rehab, we use that same spectrum, but we’re going to really zero down on the more vocal side, we’re looking for specific dysfunctions within the tissue that’s inhibiting motion or causing some discomfort and causing some pain. And so in that soft tissue environment, we spend a lot of time hands on with us, the practitioner knew the client with that local tissue to figure out exactly what’s causing the problem. specific things we focus on our pathetic facilitation are pulling swelling at a certain area of myofascial work, he adhesions within tissue, within the connective tissue itself, where it’s not gliding and grooving, as well as it should. adhesions can develop just to time and use in our bodies. environment which we sit or which we live for just due to the nature of gravity pulling us forward into tissue getting stuck in this position. So we’re in mild natural capacities to help to reduce the alleviation of those problems. And then thirdly, most commonly work on a neuromuscular setting to see where we sometimes have excessive motor tone, where we have muscles that are more tense and more tight than they need to be. And we do some neuromuscular techniques to help relax those areas, reduce that motor tone back to normal resting levels. And the result being increased motion and mobility and three dimensional space on a local and then we thin slice or globalize that, bring it back to reality. So we might be working on a very, very small part of the shoulder and then incorporate some stretches and exercises that enhance that shoulders ability to move reach in real life. And the results have been fantastic. So we invite you to ask us more questions about it. schedule a one on one with us and experience benefits for yourself. Thank you.
