We’re also gonna be looking at the hip flexors, or what we call it the front butt of the body. This allows so much motion through a prone position, or through extending backwards and if this gets tight, which it often does when sitting, this can cause a lot of problems. So we’ll use just the edge of my foam to get after one side, and even the edge of this part of the foam to allow to dig in and get a little bit more of a pinpoint. I have to go right to where my hip flexor is, which is right above my leg and below my abdominals. Now, and here, in the slice, I will connect us and roll the roller for back seats and lifting on the on the edge because I want everybody to internally rotate, be a little bit more precise about it or can slide my body, left and right. And then of course, rolling forward and back. As we move up and down this small but very powerful muscle, there’s a little bit of an outside portion to it. There’s a course even more of an inside portion to it. Be sensitive, be smooth, and do your best to like bump your body to be as unguarded as possible, going slow as you move, be the best strategy.
